Chance Michael Volk.
March 3rd 1996-July 10 2017
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Chance Michael Volk. Chance (“Chancey”) is lovingly remembered by his parents Carmen and Sheri Volk, sister Faith, his cat Maverick, grandmothers Marie Volk and Melva King, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandfathers Edward Volk and Leo King. Chance was born March 3, 1996 in Saskatoon. He attended St. Volodymyr Elementary School, graduated high school in 2015 from Walter Murray Collegiate and was currently working at TC Industrial Tire. Chance loved spending time with his family and friends, especially summers at Atton’s Lake wakeboarding or snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. Chance’s passion for vehicles was evident through his collection of trucks and cars. Chance will be sadly missed by all those lives that he has touched, but will be remembered forever through all the memories created.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday July 14, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at The Cathedral of Holy Family with Father David presiding. Donations in memory of Chance can be made to the SPCA. Interment will follow at a later date.
