Obituary of Debra Lynn Booth

Debra Lynn (Luneng) Booth It is with great sadness the family of Debra Booth announces her passing on December 26, 2017. Deb was born on April 7, 1955. She was the daughter of Einar and Alice Luneng. She spent most of her life in Saskatoon and Sutherland was home. She worked at the Saskatoon Co-op cafeteria for 37.5 years. Deb married Doug Booth on May 17, 1980. Deb enjoyed family gatherings and all the special occasions they shared. Deb loved flowers, vacationing to the lake or mountains, Saskatoon Folkfest and Minot Hostfest. She especially enjoyed a family reunion in Norway and her trips to Hawaii where she and her mom visited all the islands. They loved their time together. Surviving are her uncle Roger (Sherry) Anderson, Jim (Sarah), Rachel (Mike), Jenn (David) and their families; cousin Linda (Brock) Lenson and family; cousin Barbara Christenson; brother-in-law Ken (Christine) Booth and family; Wally (Barb) Husky and family; her Luneng cousins; numerous other cousins and special friends (especially Cheryl). Deb was predeceased by her husband, her parents, her brother Darrell Luneng, her in laws Mr. and Mrs. Howard Booth, her grandparents Alex and Hazel Anderson, David and Esther Luneng, Baba Kay and Gido John Husky, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Deb was very appreciative of all the help she received after Doug’s death and wished to extend a thank you to everyone who assisted her.
