Lucy Phillips (nee Carriere) passed away peacefully in extended care on March 7, 2016 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Fredrick Phillips (Wally), in 1986. Lucy was born in Rosthern, Saskatchewan on December 21, 1933. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends and by her special canine friend, Cooper.
