Obituary of Douglas Grant Fehr

DOUGLAS GRANT FEHR- April 29th 1965 - Sept 29th-2018
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Douglas Grant Fehr.
Doug was born and raised here in Saskatoon and attended Westmount & Nutana Collegiate.
He worked for Cosmo Industries for a period of time & spent most of his life helping local businesses’ with odd jobs. For many years with the little money he earned Doug would buy gifts, filling a big red sack he had sewn himself and sporting a Santa suit he would deliver them to sick children in the hospitals here in Saskatoon. This was very important to him.
Those who were fortunate to know him as “the Snowman”, “the Catman” and “Pockets” would agree he had the biggest heart as well as the corniest jokes ever, which he enjoyed sharing daily with his A&W and Tim’s friends.
While he has made his way to the Father, he is survived by his sons Gregory (Emma), Christopher, Lucas, Clayton and their mother Crystal.  As well as his mother Joan Marjorie Fehr, brother Gerald Fehr (Karen), sister Lila Fleming (Jim), sister Barbara MacLean(Brent).  Nephew: Terence.  Nieces: June, Erica, Joelle, Shyla, Daena & their children.
Doug was a giving & most genuine person.  As a way of remembering & honoring him we ask that each time you see a person who looks in need or without buy them a coffee or take a moment to listen to their corny joke. Let them know there is someone out there that cares.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations can be made to the Saskatchewan Mental Health Division or any of the Children’s Hospitals in Doug’s memory.
We love you little brother xoxoxo
