Obituary of Kevin Neil Friesen

The family of Kevin Friesen, age 53, are heartbroken to announce his sudden passing on July 8th, 2019. Kevin leaves behind his beloved mother, Jeanette Fedrau (Earl Hanson), sisters; Angellah Brayshaw (Jim), Darlene Schultz (John), and Treena Fedrau. Kevin will be deeply missed and remembered by his two sons; Tyler and Matthew Friesen, as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, friends and special friend Sharon Schaan.
Born on July 23rd 1965, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Kevin attended school at Henry Kelsey Elementary and Mount Royal Collegiate. Kevin lived life with a strong work ethic. He spent a significant part of his life in the auto service industry as well as News West Industry, where he developed a passion for custom cars. He was an enthusiastic Philadelphia Flyers and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He appreciated time at the lake, the outdoors, and took pride in working on his yard. He enjoyed barbequing and cooking and was well-known for his softball-sized cabbage rolls. Kevin deeply valued family. His mother Jeanette and his Aunt June were unwavering with support during his courageous battle with Multiple System Atrophy (Parkinsons).  
The family of Kevin appreciates all gestures of sympathy and support during this difficult time. There will be a private family service held in his honour.
