It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sandra "San" Dunn.

San will be remembered and missed tremendously by: her son, Tyler; sisters, Wilma (Dennis) and Gloria (Clint); brother, Albert (Rhonda); along with many nieces and nephews

Throughout her life San lived in a few different provinces and was able to take a couple of trips.

San was a very hard worker and many of her jobs were in the food and beverage industry - including a little Restaurant she owned, where she could be found seven days a week from open to close.  San eventually left that industry to work at Canadian tire for a few years and then back to her final job as manager of a restaurant and lounge.

The last decade, Sans health started to decline in many ways due to diabetes.  She faced it all head on and always with a smile and for a select few "hi sweetie" and would add a quick pinch pinch of the bum!

The last seven years San resided at Parkridge Centre.  San quickly became a staff favorite teasing them quite often.  On any Given day you could find her wheeling through the halls visiting with others and when the weather is nice she could be found outside having a smoke and even making a buck or two by selling a few.

San also looked forward to her weekly delivery of smokes & snacks.  She loved the occasional McDonald's, A&W, KFC and of course her favorite Tim Hortons.  She would never turn down a good iced cap.  In fact, that was the very last thing she had before passing.

San your body grew tired even though your mind was still sharp – it is now your time to rest free from pain.  You will be forever loved and missed by all your family and friends.

With that, we send you off with an iced cap and a ‘til we meet again sweetie and a pinch pinch.

A special thanks to the staff at North One in Parkridge Centre for taking such good care of her.
