Obituary of Lloyd Aldorfer

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our son, brother and uncle who passed away at his home in Saskatoon on Saturday, October 31, 2015. Lloyd was the oldest son of Laurine and Edward Aldorfer. He was pre deceased by his father Edward, sister Elaine, grandparents Carl and Alma Carlson and Martin and Elizabeth Aldorfer. Lloyd will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Laurine; brother Kelly; sister Carol (Randy); and brother Colin (Pam); nephews Zenon and Patrick Lock, and Colby Aldorfer; Aunts Ida Carlson, Odette Carlson, Hilda Aldorfer and many cousins. Lloyd worked for the City of Saskatoon for 42 years. In his younger years he enjoyed softball, golf, hunting and spending time at Greenwater Lake with family. In his later years he loved watching all sport, visiting with friends and family, including his extended family at the Colonial Pub and Grill and going to Greenwater Lake with family. His loud voice and louder laugh, smile and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. Rather than acts of random kindness, donations in Lloyd’s memory may be made to St. Peter’s Cemetery Fund, c/o Karen Dole Box 75 Meacham, SK S0K 2V0.
