My sincere condolences to Dianne and family for your loss of Deo. I remember way back in 1977-1979 when we all cruised 8th street and we double dated. It. was the best of times and some of the sadest times, but it all worked out for the best. Deo went too soon and the world was a better place when he was in it. You have three beautiful children to help you through difficult times Dianne. I am sending you love and strength to carry on.

Deo held a very special place in the hearts of everyone in our family, we thought the world of him and he was more like a brother to me. I have many wonderful memories of Deo and his friends who I met from the church, like Terry Ohlhauser.
Those days we spent just cleaning our cars, the absolute crazy wild road trips when the guys put their cars to the test.
Deo was able to make friends with everyone he met and will be missed and remembered by so many. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Dianne and family. Darcy and Sue Heinzig

Our sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to the family of Deo Dyal. I was saddened to have learned of the passing of your husband, father, grandfather, and my friend.
I had the greatest opportunity and pleasure to have worked with Deo at the City Of Saskatoon V and E for many years. He taught me many things about welding, unions, but most of all he taught me about friendship and respect and life .
Deo always put family and friends into the forefront of his life, making sure all were taken care of in certain ways. He stretched his wing tips and absorb the colors of life, and was very generous and rich when it came to giving. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. The passing of Deo has left us all without a breath for the moment… but when you recall those times that his presence or word touched your life, those are the times that will continue to take your breath away and bring a thoughtful, tear or smile to one’s heart…. As long as there are memories in our hearts, those we cherish will never be forgotten. We will endure and carry on with the Solace knowing that when we look to the heavenly sky, that there is a star for everyone’s soul, such as Deo’s that will shine brightly for us.
From the earth we grow, from the ash, we rest. In 100 years, it won’t matter what kind of house you lived in, or how much money you made. But, if you made a difference in a persons life… then that is what you will be forever remembered for… and that is what I will always remember my friend Deo for. Rest in peace for your struggles and pain are now over.
Mr. / Mrs. Glenn Konkin and family
