Doug and I wish to extend our sincerest condolences to you Norma, and to your extended families. Yes his hard working, crafty abilities have been recognized by many. Otto was a gentle, kind spirited man with a sharp sense of humour. Doug so enjoyed working with him at the time of the screen installation at Faith Lutheran Church. Many people will miss him but we know he"s resting in peace and that is a blessing. Norma, take care and God's blessings.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. I always enjoyed my conversations with Otto - I remember him at a baby shower the choir held for me saying that while it was unusual to have men attend a baby shower, it was a good thing. He saw the good in everything, even something as simple as that. Along with all of you, Otto welcomed me into your home, at times standing in as surrogate family for me and my kids, and that is treasured more than you know. I know that his memories will bring you comfort and that he is looking down on you from above with his quiet love and care.

Mrs. Frank and family. My heart broke when I read this obituary yesterday. Mr. Frank was such a great man dedicated to his faith always there to help and what a great friend he was to my mom and dad and so many others. I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and will never forget
We remember Otto as a wonderful friend who was always ready to help us and others. He helped us build our cabin at Echo Bay and also built a beautiful extension to our home on Deborah Crescent
Otto was also a precious brother in our shared Faith in Jesus Christ as our Saviour. In the midst of the grief surrounding his death, we take comfort in our sure knowledge that he has begun his life eternal with our Lord. We will join him one day. .
