Obituary of Lillian Laing

Lillian Laing 1916 – 2015 Lillian Laing, age 99, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2015 at Extendicare in Saskatoon. Lilllian was born on February 15, 1916 at Beaubier, Sk., and received her education at Tribune Sk. She then had a long and successful career as a legal secretary for a law firm in Saskatoon. Lillian retired on December 31, 1983 and lived at the Luther Tower in Saskatoon for many years. Predeceasing Lillian are her parents Eric and Anna Elving, four sisters: Ellen Callin, Myrtle Satre, Elsie Kidd and Anna Drader. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Wayne Satre and Robert Satre, both of Weyburn Sk., Beverly Bjorklund and Jamie Callin ,both of Regina Sk., Penny Kidd of Winnipeg Mb., Helmut Callin of Calgary Ab., and Bryan Drader of Kitchener Ontario.
