Obituary of Harry Dudra

Harry Dudra of Harris, SK passed away on February 27, 2016 at the Royal University Hospital, ICU, due to complication with influenza. Harry was born to Gejza Dudra & Anna-Marie Ida Dufkova Dudra on April 23, 1956 in Huddersfield, England and was one of three children. Harry and his family immigrated here to Canada in 1961 and settled in Saskatoon, SK. Harry worked over 20 years for Western Automotive, followed by several years at Purolator, and finally on to The Home Depot, where he was working at the time of his death for over 16 years. Harry was known by many as “Home Depot Harry”. There wasn’t much Harry couldn’t help you with. Everyone went to him for his guidance and his knowledge. Harry was also an impressive artist, and much of his work can be seen as tattoo’s on pretty much everyone that knew him. Once Harry got an idea, he would not stop till it was done. His house in Harris that he built himself was one of those projects. Harry was predeceased by his parents, Gejza & Anna-Marie, his brother-in-law Stuart, and his beloved dog Maxx. Harry is survived by his wife Kimberley and her children Colby, James & Sera. His children Kerry and Michael. His brother Nino, wife Pat and their children Lori & Alan. His sister Wendy and her daughter Sheridan. His step-children Rick & Chris.

Funeral

A celebration of life with come & go tea will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 5:00-7:00pm at the W.A. Edwards Family Center at 333 4th Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK. Harry had a huge love of all animals, especially dogs. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SPCA, New Hope Dog Rescue, or your charity of choice.
