Dear Linda:
I was shocked & very saddened to hear of Len's passing, far too young in my mind.
I feel privileged to have known & worked for you & Len both over the years & always enjoyed our conversations.
He was a kind, gentle, honest soul with an obvious zest for life! I just wanted to extend my sincerest sympathies.
Please take care Linda & take time. Hugs, Denise Balcaen

Dear Linda and family,
Very sad to learn of Len’s passing today. As I read his life story I had a big grin as I thought back to our Sundance staff parties and all the fun we had. I’ll never forget Len’s devilish twinkle in his eye. At the end of the day, all we have left is memories. May the wonderful memories of Len comfort you all in the days ahead. Rest easy Len!

Goodbye good friend! We will miss our intriguing discussions and your adventurous spirit and vivid imagination conjuring solutions to what the world needs. Whether travelling on a work conference, hanging out for coffee or at the campfire with rum in hand your love for life was evident by the gentle heartfelt kindness you felt for all. See you somewhere "round the bend brother".

Len will definitely be missed, became good friends after he joined the city of Saskatoon. Every time we met a new adventure would start, great talks. I can’t say have much Len effected my life but those around him know what I mean! Hope to see you beyond to start another adventure.
