Mary Keck (Smith) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mary on July 15, 2017 at St. Paul’s Hospital. Mary was born in Gravelbourg, SK and will be greatly missed by daughters Christine (Preston) Dyck, Julie Bloski, Adele Sikorsky and Marina (Bruce) Arthur; grandchildren, Charlotte (Dustin) Poole , Teresa (Preston) Hanson, Melissa (Peter) MacDonald, Mandy (Kyle) Robinson, Brett Bloski, and Jacen (Taunia) Arthur; great grandchildren Adrianna & Declan Poole, Sebastian, Tristan & Rosalyn Hanson, Elaina MacDonald, Quinton & Payton Robinson, Honey & Hattie Arthur. Mary was predeceased by her parents Adam & Katherine Keck; brother, Peter Keck and his wife Gilberte Keck; and her son in- law, Perry Bloski. Mary was a loving mother with a strong sense of family, and her greatest joy was having the whole group together. She worked hard for many years at Tall Girl shop and was also a very creative and talented seamstress. Mary was devoted to her church, and loved singing in their choir as well as the Saskatoon choral society. Her grace and kindness will be missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the nurses at St. Paul's Hospital for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in support of a cure for breast cancer.

Funeral

Vigil of Prayer will be held on Thursday, July 20 at 7:00 p.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 21 at 10:30 a.m. with Archbishop Donald Bolen as Celebrant. Cremation Rite of Committal will take place at St. John’s Columbarium. Both services from the Cathedral of the Holy Family (123 Nelson Rd.) Condolences may be left at www.saskatoonfuneralhome.com.
